Program & Academic Requirements
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Nurse Assistant Training Program
-
18 or older
-
High school diploma or GED may not be required
-
Legal Guardian necessary if under the age of 18 and have not graduated
-
Social Security card
-
Valid ID or drivers license
-
Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) must be clear and reflecting employable
-
No convictions of a criminal offense (Texas Health and Safety Code 250.006)
-
Current TB test.
Phlebotomy Program
-
18 years or older
-
High school diploma or GED may not be required
-
Valid U.S. or Texas State Government Issued Photo I.D. (e.g. driver's license).

Social security card
-
Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card (Student can take this course inhouse fee applies)
Qualifies student for the: National Phlebotomy Exam from the following:

National Center Of Competency Testing (NCCT)
-
National Health Career Association (NHA)
Accelerated Medical Assistant Program

18 years or older
-
High school diploma or GED may not be required
-
Valid U.S. or Texas State Government Issued Photo I.D. (e.g. driver's license).

Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card (Student can take this course inhouse fee applies)
Immunization Requirements:

Hepatitis B series (Titer is accepted for verification of immunizations received if shot record is not available)

TB test (within the last year)
Qualifies student for the National Phlebotomy Exam from the following:

We provide payment plans for all of our courses. Students are also encouraged to apply for the WIOA Program and seek out financing options if possible. Students may call the school for options that best suit their individual needs
